Accredited Supplier only allows your details to be passed on to professional service providers with a proven track record of excellence in their respective fields. All service providers are subject to a rigorous application procedure, and we take ongoing feedback from clients as to their performance across all projects. Our service providers understand that we won’t tolerate anything less than impeccable service on a constant basis. Suppliers also accept our Ethics Policy, which means they are obliged to meet certain quality benchmarks and conduct business in an ethical and transparent way. How are service providers chosen? Service providers apply under their respective categories for inclusion in the Accredited Supplier programme. After undergoing the relevant checks to ensure legitimacy and a benchmark standard of quality and performance, certain applicants are granted access to our programme. How much does it cost to receive quotes on my project? Accredited Supplier is a free service for buyers – the service is funded by a per-lead payment from suppliers. All we need from you is a moment of your time to fill out the enquiry form, and we’ll be in touch to further discuss your options. Is Accredited Supplier impartial? Because we have no particular loyalties to any of the companies in the Accredited Supplier programme, we are totally impartial to the transaction and are on hand to advise or answer any questions that may arise. If I don’t like any of the quotes, am I obliged to buy? Whilst most clients are happy with the quotes they receive, there’s absolutely no obligation to choose any of the proposals submitted through Accredited Supplier for your project. How long before I receive my first quotes? Officially, you should receive your first quote within 24 hours. Off the record, it’s not unusual for the first proposals to start arriving in a matter of hours. Will I be swamped with quotes? Absolutely not. Your enquiry will be sent to no more than six suppliers within your required project area, so you’ll never receive more quotes than you can handle. After selecting your category, simply complete and submit the Application Form for manual review. We will perform checks on your company and aim to get back to you within one business day. Do we need to be a big company to use your service? We work with freelancers, small service providers and larger multinationals. We don’t care how big you are, we care how good you are. Our clients like to have a good mix of suppliers to choose from. Does Accredited Supplier provide services offered in any category? Accredited Supplier or any affiliated companies do not provide any services to buyers. Being an impartial service is at the core of what we do. How can I be sure the leads will be good value for money? Every sales lead we pass on is highly qualified and vetted. Each buyer has explained that they have the relevant budget in place to be ready to start their project in the near future. Once we’re satisfied a lead is ready to be passed on to our suppliers it is delivered to no more than six service providers, ensuring you don’t get swamped with competition for every sales lead.
